Therapy begins with an initial session where we explore what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether the fit feels right for you. From there, we clarify your goals and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable—especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.

Our work focuses on helping you better understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. As therapy progresses, we can gently explore deeper layers when it feels appropriate.

We use a trauma-informed approach and may integrate methods such as EMDR to support meaningful emotional processing and lasting change. Many clients choose to continue therapy beyond their initial concerns, using the space to strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and create more clarity and balance in their lives.

Our approach integrates EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy to address not only current symptoms, but also the deeper patterns that keep them in place. This may include:
